Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also visit our Track Your Order page at any time.

Returns

If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in acceptable condition

  • The request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • The item must not show excessive damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
